Great product
Used this on a 4-day backpacking trip through the Long Trail in VT. Split it with my buddies. Easy to cook, great tasting, and easy cleanup. Buying by the case saved me money.

Surprisingly good
The beef dishes seem to be a little better than the ones w/ chicken or rice but I am continually surprised at how well the textures & flavors hold up in such a freeze-dried process.
