What we do for style
I have this shirt in two different colors in the short sleeve version. I absolutely love working out in these shirts. Good shelf bra for B cups: I run in them. Enough coverage if it's cold out you don't feel exposed but I have to agree with another review that it is complicated to get on. It's worth it though! Definitely advise gently washing b/c you'll have a time trying to get the two shirts (the undershirt and the t-shirt) untangled if you don't. I'm buying another one in this 3/4 length sleeve b/c they really are my favorite tops to workout in. Totally appropriate to swing by the grocery on the way home too.
Very pleased. Ordering another.
I already have one of these sets that I picked up at a great sale in a shop out east and am pleased to have found these still available online having looked unsuccessfully in a number of shops since. The under tank fits firmly through the bustline yet skims the torso fluidly enough to not cling like skin so I don't mind wearing it alone if walking or hiking with others. The overshirt is tissue weight, tucks in a pocket or ties around the waist with no bulk, is a great layering weight and looks good if you've been out hiking but want to look "dressed" enough to stop to eat in public, for example. I have worn as workout set and as casual weekend wear. Also like the 3/4 length sleeve on overshirt.
Great Travel Shirt
I purchased this shirt to bring on a trip. When I got it I wasn't that excited about it. They are both extremely thin materials. It turns out the delicate looking cotton outer shirt held up fairly well for how much I wore it. Although I don't think I'd considered wearing for outdoorsy things. The tank top under is a thin spandex material. Which is okay under the other shirt, but makes it hard to wear by itself. Pleasantly surprised that it worked out so well.
pretty intentions, POOR results
I purchased this shirt after looking around a LOT for a pretty, casual, well-fitting active shirt. I was SO excited to order this shirt and SO SO SO disappointed when it came and I tried it on. Not only is it sewn crookedly at the neckline, but the material is thin, cheap cotton. What's more, the straps from the undershirt, combined with the design of the shirt make it nearly impossible to get the shirt on. The shirt looked very little like the web pics from Mtn. Hardware. Absolutely not worth the $60 or whatever I paid for it, and I know MH can do better. So disappointed.
