Good Travel Pants
I took two sets of these pants to a hiking trip in China and thought they were great. The size is spot on, though since I am 5'2" I had to get quite a bit hemmed off of these pants. These repel moisture but have a nice soft inside that will leave you chafe free even in the worst weather. I bought one size 10 and one size 12 so I could wear long johns under the larger size, but unless you have bulky long johns you will have plenty of room in your regular size with out sacrificing fit or comfort. I have found Mountain Hardware is less fitted and flattering than most Patagonia pants, but are still great trek and travel pants. My only complaint about these pants would be the bungee cord they use around the ankles. When worn as pants this is unobtrusive and the clip fits in a great little pouch. But if your trying to tie these up or use the bungee cord, it just comes off as uncomfortable.

All around pants
These pants are the best of all worlds. I can hike and climb in them! The offer complete freedom of movement, because the run a little baggy, but they feel durable enough to stand up against a day out in the wilderness. Great pants!

Love these pants!
These pants fit very true to size. I fluctuate between an 8 and 12 and bought a 10 and 12 and they both work. They stretch out some with wear and are amazingly comfortable! I own 2 pairs and will likely buy more in the future. They're new so I can't comment on durability yet.

Awesome hiking pants!
These pants are excellent quality! I'm 5'2 and 117lbs and the size 4 short was perfect. The size 2 fit fine but a little snug for hiking pants as I prefer a slightly loser fit for range of movement. I like the pockets that you can zips close so you don't have to worry about items falling out. Highly recommended!
