A Coat or a Robe?
I tried on this coat when it was first displayed by an outdoor retailer. It was summer, I was in shorts, and I was immediately struck by its softness and comfort. Since it was summer and I have plenty of coats, I did not justify the purchase. Fast forward nearly a year...after many cold, dreary spring baseball games. I had never forgotten this coat (it's that good!) and was pleased to find my size available. Although it's not a ski parka, it works for everything else: sporting events, walks, errands, and social outings. It's truly the best coat I own for my outdoor lifestyle. The mid-calf length keeps my lower half warm, and I use both the zipper and snaps to block any weather. The hood lays flat and adds warmth across my shoulders until I need a head cover. Many of my other coats will be in the donation pile next year. This one is my go-to favorite!

Perfect Fit for Tall Lady
I am thrilled with this purchase. I had read that the sleeves ran long, so at 6' tall, I took a chance on this jacket. Indeed, it fits perfectly, true to size, (M), with sleeves that are long enough for me. The fleece is soft and luxurious, inside and out. The hood lies flat against the jacket. The zipper is two way, so you can unzip from the bottom up, which is a feature I particularly like, especially on this longer length jacket. The knit cuffs inside the sleeves add to the windproofness. It does not have an "inside zip pocket" as advertised, but that is a feature I am willing to live without. This jacket will be my "go to" jacket for most of the winter!
