Great coat
My only change to this coat would be to make it slightly longer and less boxy so that it is a more flattering female coat. Other than that, it is a very warm, functional coat that I wear all the time for all activities

Warm and Portable
This jacket keeps me warm and dry during my first Seattle winter. It's also very easy to take off and store while I'm out and about due to its lightweight construction. Big fan.

Woman's Compressor PL Jacket
Finally found something that will keep me warm! Used on trip to SE Asia for 2 weeks in winter. Was small enough to stuff into back-pack/stuff sack or just to wear on the plan. Perfect for travel. I also use in San Diego. Our nights are in 40s-50s, and I am always cold. This is perfect unzipped or if there is a stiff breeze, zipped up. Altrec was very easy to work with also. Very pleased with their service.

Great layering jacket
I love this jacket for layering. In winter I layer it under my Mountain Hardwear Mithril jacket and in cool summer and spring climates I can slip it on under my Marmot Precip rain jacket. It looks really cute on its own too... especially in the Rhododendron color. It's warm, very lightweight and packable, and has a soft silky feel. It's a great jacket for around town and for hiking and backpacking. I'm 5'5" 120# and the small fits perfect.
