As usual, Mt Hardwear delivers...
These are really great briefs and are truly comfortable with a great fit and no muffin top around the waist. They are low-rise enough to wear with some of my low-rise pants and the backs don't "crawl" around. These are not "no show" panties, though. So don't buy these thinking you're going to wear these with your leggings as the backs/bottoms have seams. Really pleased with this purchase and plan on buying more.

strange cut
I ordered a large, based on the sizing chart's hip measurements. Normally, I wear size 8, and in most SML clothes I wear M, but because I didn't want these to ride up, I based my ordered size on the hip measurements only. Mistake. These are really wide-cut through the hip, but there isn't enough elastic at the top to hold them up. They are also very low-cut in the back, especially considering that I had a large. Unfortunately, I gave these a second chance, washed them, and they still didn't fit, but because I'd worn them, I couldn't return them. Patagonia (M) fits me better.
