great tent
My friend has this same tent and I have borrowed it several times and absolutely love it. Nice and light, easy to set up, and help up good against the rain

Solid 2+ Tent
I was looking for a lighter 2 person tent but found them to be to short. This tent is a LARGE 2 person. I haven't tried it with 3 and I don't think I'd want to, but it works well with 2 and a dog. It's light enough and has held up to 30+ MPH driving rain and kept me dry. I'd always like lighter but for what it does I have not found a better option.

could be better
The quality is first class. Kept me dry and the ventilation is excellent. Look at the photo of the tent without the fly. Carefully. I didn't. The floor does not lay flat, but "climbs" up the sides. This results in a smaller foot print. Given that, this 3 person tent is smaller than my previous 2 man tent. Major bummer. Especially as I'm in it for up to three weeks at a time. Given the price I'll just have to live with it as I can't afford to replace it.
