perfect winter pant
windproof, water resistant, my second pair because one wasn't enough. Plus, they quit making them. Super comfortable. I'm a 32 inch waist, I wear size Large

A fine choice for cold and wet weather aerobic activities
I got the men's transition tight primarily for running in slightly cold and slightly wet weather. They are a spot-on fit and have proven to be very comfortable, even for my longer runs, which are 20 km. They shed light rain well, breathe well, and keep the wind at bay. The only drawback for running that I have experienced is the lack of a pocket for keys or other items. But because I wear them over my running shorts, I can carry such items in the pockets of the shorts.

excellent
I wear these pants over compression tights when running and they are so light weight they are barely noticeable. They block the wind and shed light rain very well keeping me warm and dry, transition garments are extremely versatile.

Wow! High areobic activities in cold weather a must.
The fit for this tight is spot on. I'm 6'3" and just shy of 200lbs and a LRG is perfect. Gore's Windstopper N2S does stretch a bit over time so if they feel a bit snug out of the box wait! I use these right now for X-Country Skiing in temps of 5+ F and match the proper base and they breath, keep me comfy and do not over heat. This is a stellar product, try under a shell pant or soft shell pant for the ultimate combo in very cold weather. I paired them with a softshell pant and was nice an toasty in temps of -5 to -20 F. The knit backer is does not itch or cause discomfort and feel awesome next to skin.
