Mountain Hardwear Matterhorn Pants
Mountain Hardwear delivers another fine quality product. The Matterhorn pants are extremely comfortable and the material is very durable and well designed. In particular, the front and rear pockets provide easy access. Lastly, the Mattrhorn pants look great and I can convert from pants to shorts easily during a hike.

I've been a fan of Mountain Hardware products for years now. These pants are worth their weight in gold. They are comfortable, sturdy and incredibly functional. Whether hiking, backpacking or kicking it around town at the farmer's market, I feel well dressed for the occasion.

just was I was looking for
Great convertible pant. I've worn several pairs of the North Face Paramount Pant in the past, but these fit better and are made better. They're not as baggy as the Paramount and I like the external pockets more to the side than on the front of the pant as on the Paramount. I ordered the 30 in. inseam and found them plenty long enough (I'm normally a 31 inseam for pants). The 32's were way too long. More expensive than the Paramount but worth it!

Awesome pants
I love mountain hardware convertible pants. Look great and very comfortable. I own number of convertible pant (Columbia, Nothr face, etc. ) Nothing compare the this pant. the fabric has really nice feel, great design pocket and zipper and fit great true to size.

Very comfortable pants!
This hiking pants is true to its size, it fits me perfectly. It is very stretchy and extremely light weight. After I put this pants on, I almost feel no weight at all. One downside from this is probably it won't give me too much protection when I am walking in the bushes. It also not a good winter hiking pants however I guess this is not what it was designed to do anyway. It also drys very fast! Overall, I think this is a great hiking pants for you to walk in the desert or other areas where protection from the trees and bushes is not a big concern.
