Works great for me on my scooter.
I have used this bag as a commuter bag while riding my scooter. There is a great deal of room for carrying work between home and work. There is enough space to carry an extra jacket or vest. The water bottle slots are large enough to carry a thermos or coffee cup in an upright position. I don't always carry a netbook, but it fits with a ton of space left over.

Great item I would recommend it to friends.
This is designed more like a messenger bag. It's extremely comfortable even for someone 5 foot like me. The extra pockets are effecient. It's great for travel and organizing my computer and accessories.
