I am 5'2" and about 100 pounds, the girls large fits me great. Super comfortable and soft. I have this coat in both white and hot pink. It is not a fitted fleece though so keep that in mind. The sleeves are long enough that they come almost to my pinky in length unlike some kids coats ahem North Face.

She Loves it
Purchased the Monkey Jacket for my daughter and she just loves it! She wears it all the time!! May have to wash it with her in it! Look out Denali the Monkey Jacket is for REAL!

Girls MH Monkey Jacket
My daughter is very pleased with her MH Monkey Jacket. Great quality and all her friends love it. When everyone is wearing NF, it's a well received change. I got her white and it looks very good, but she is messy and we do wash frequently. Holding up well with all those washes. Good 3 season jacket for Southern US.

Mountain Hardware : great quality
We have found the quality of Mountain Hardware jackets to be just as good if not better than North Face. The for my daughters jacket was a bit large, so we exchanged for a size smaller. Attention to detail has been good from the zippers to the softness around the neck. We are very pleased

I'm in love with Mountain Hardwear!
I have a Monkey Jacket and LOVE IT so I just HAD to get one for my niece. It's pink, warm and snuggly so she adores it. The fit is spot on, it is very comfortable and she wears it all the time (just like me!). I would definitely recommend this product - the quality is excellent. High loft fleece will not look as good after washes (no matter who makes it) so be sure to either dry clean it (I use a home dry-cleaning kit) or wash and dry on a low/gentle setting.
