Great Tent!
This is a great tent, especially for 2 people. I purchased it as a wedding gift for some friends and they recently took it to the Grand Canyon and a couple other parks in AZ. They said it worked great functionally, was a breeze to set up and they loved the design. Personally, after researching them, I am a big fan of the way the door is designed. Recommend this to any couple looking for a good moderately priced tent that they won't be stuffed into.

Double vestibule comes in handy
I slept very comfortably solo in this tent on a recent mountain trip to Wheeler Peak Wilderness NM. It rained for essentially two straight days and this tent stayed nice and dry. It packs a bit large and is not the lightest, but is good for the price range and would be really nice if you could split the weight between two packs. The first night of our trip I got altitude sickness and became nauseated. Having two vestibules gave me a spare one to roll over and vomit in without even getting out of the tent! Two thumbs up for that!

After much research, I purchased this particular tent from Altrec because it met my needs and the support staff at Altrec were so helpful. The 3 person tent is easy to set up. I camped solo and had lots of room. I was warm when the wind was up and the temps dipped to the 40s. I have not yet spent a wet night in the tent so cannot attest to the waterproofness of the fabric. Two doors are very nice. Easy to repack. I could use more pockets and a few loops to hang lightweight items. I would recommend this tent. I am a rookie camper.

This tent is very spacious and could fit 3 people if necessary (it would be cozy) but I purchased it to comfortably contain 2 people for the most part. I'm 6'0" and I like a little extra space to move around and change clothes without feeling like I'm competing with the tent walls around me. I love the doors on each side as this eliminates the need to crawl over people to get out in the middle of the night. The vestibules are great for storing gear and it's extremely easy to pitch. I haven't tested it in the rain yet but structure and design give me confidence that it will do great. Awesome tent for the price!

Great tent for the money
After a bear tore apart our tent (true story) we needed a new one pronto. For the low price and weight, this 3 person Mountain Hardware tent is well worth it. Setup is super easy, and big mesh windows keep it cool, while putting up the fly will warm it up and give you privacy. My only complaint is the zippers are a little difficult at times, but for the price it seems appropriate.
