Merrill has a good quality product reputation and I am hoping to get the best for my money. I have trouble with plantar faciitis and this is the type shoe my podiatrist recommended.

Great arch support
Really good arch support and color autumn is great. It's very easy to slip on without bending down.

The most comfortable sandals I've ever worn!
I love these sandals! They are so light and comfortable and I can wear them for hours. I have about a dozen pairs of Merrells and think they're definitely the best shoes for me. The quick response and service at Altrec was amazing. Because I usually wear a 7-1/2, I had to go a half size larger. Altrec was so responsive in doing the exchange for the size 7 I had ordered originally. My only slightly negative comment is that the color of my sandals (Autumn) isn't quite the same as depicted.

I live in these sandals in summer
My plantar fasciitis actually healed faster in these sandals than with my orthotic. Even though the padding flattens out really quickly, the last is so good that I can still walk long distances in even an old pair. I've worn out 2 pairs.

very comfortable sandals!
I was EXTREMELY pleased with my purchase from Altrec.com-my sandals are very comfortable and i have no heel pain at all! I suffer from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. got them in a timely fashion :)
