Love, Love, Love these boots
Great with slacks, great with skirts. Excellent quality. Rich color. I have similar style black merrells as well and expect that these two pair will last me a long long time. Warm and comfortable, stylish and simple. GREAT. True to size and easy on off after wearing.

Better than expected
I did not have high expectations of these boots. was pleasantly surprised by how comfy and warm they were. They are casual boots and appear similar to the "moc" style shoes if the pants are over the them.

Another quality boot from Merrell
Merrell continues with their high quality and comfortable fit,I was not disappointed,great looking with a skirt and roomy enough in the calf with jeans tucked in,have received many compliments,also have found them to be true to size.

A little tight around the ankle
The boots are great quality and well worth the money. However, they ran a little tight around the ankle as the zipper was rubbing on my ankle bone. I do not usually have a problem with ankle width so I find this a little strange (I'm petit size). However, as it could be a one off issue they are definitely worth trying. The inside is nicely lined and the boot is stiff enough not to sag at the ankles and not too rigid that the top of the boot rubs against the leg. I highly recommend this product for it's quality and intelligent design.

Too bulky
I had ordered the boots in the usual size I order any boot/hiking shoe in and when trying the boot on, they were too big. I normally order boots a half size bigger and they usually fit perfect, not these boots. Also, their was too much room all around the foot and ankle for me. Maybe you need to wear a very thick sock with these. I had to return the boots. I like Merrell products but wasn't happy with these. I will say that the quality seemed to be excellent and they fit perfect around my calves.
