This is a good looking walking shoe.Comfortable, cute, but with good arch support and a sole and heel made for walking! This is my first pair of Merrells, but it surely won't be my last.

these shoes match everything
I always have good luck with Merrell shoes and these are no exception. They are pretty comfortable the first time you wear them. They aren't super attractive but the neutral color and different textures blend in with anything you wear. They are easy on/off and I keep them near the door ready to go to the store or to the mailbox. The only bad thing is there is a seam at the heel and it rubs both sides of my ankle. I have to wear a bandaid to protect my skin -- I hope that will go away after the shoes get broken in.

cute, but.....
Merrell shoes normally are a good fit, and these are cute shoes, but they are short in length and not a good fit for wide feet. I'd like to exchange them for a larger size, but don't know how to return them for an exchange.

Back Seams Rub Ankles
Comfortable arch support, nice cushion, but there are seams on the backs of these shoes that ruin everything about them. I wore these for a few hours walking around outside, and I couldn't get back home quickly enough- the outside backs of my ankles were already rubbed raw. Ouch. What is worse is that the blisters actually occurred through the moleskin padding I had already inserted in anticipation of having comfort issues. The moleskin probably helped, but could not solve this seam dilemma. So, that is an indication of how thick and stiff those seams are. I respect Merrell, however, so I plan to try out some other of their styles for a better fit for my feet.
