THEY RUN SMALL!
These are fantastic gloves: comfortable, waterproof, and warm but they run small. I am 5'6" 120lbs with a 7.5" hand diameter and had ordered the size large but need to exchange them for something larger. It's just too snug a fit.

not work gloves...
I bought these gloves because I work in a barn and need something which provide exceptional warmth while allowing enough dexterity to buckle a girth. I am only 5'1"..100lbs. These gloves (L) fit very tight across the palm of my hand. They were tough to get on and off. The fingers were almost an inch too long. I wore them outside in 15 degree weather. My fingers got cold immediately and these gloves were no warmer than the generic hardware store winter work gloves for 19.99. They are stylish and well-made. Nice supple leather patches on palms. Well sown seams that won't come apart easily If you want to look good when snowboarding they will do the trick. They also have a very convenient cord to attach them to yourself so you can take them on and off without losing them. These gloves would be OK for outdoor sports where you are moving around alot...skiing snowboarding or snowshoeing. They are not warm enough or supple enough to fix fences, tack horses or ride.
