An updated and UP-SIZED version of the classic
I would be giving this bib 5 stars if it weren't for the following problem: The bib is a Marmot classic which is rugged, functional, and looks as contemporary today as it did when I originally bought it about ten years ago. Finally, it's wearing out, and when I learned that Marmot has re-introduced it, I ordered. When it arrived I was greatly disappointed to discover that the new version has been upsized considerably. I am a size small, and the old bib fit me perfectly, but the new model's inseam is 1" to 2" longer, the waist is larger, and the cut is fuller all around. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Too bad that Marmot had to fix something that wasn't broke. I guess I'll have to go with ArcTeryx, which sizes in 1" increments and offers short and tall sizes.
