Additional comfort and breathability is highlighted with an exterior thermo-foam handle. For a secure shaft adjustment, a Super Lock System (SLS) that uses a wide thread pattern and steep-angled lock mechanism provides quick and easy changes. Excellent Hiking Companion
I have been using these Leki sets in the snow and realized that these Thermolite XL Poles are guide dogs helping me to stand still, walk straight, keep balanced in any condition. Of course, they are very light compared to any other brands and durable and flexible. I highly recommend LEKI.

These are great poles. I liked the extra padding that is along the top part of the pole.
