GREAT FIT FOR A WOMAN - Maureen - 2010, July
Even though it doesn't say specifically that these pants are for men except in the sizing chart, I assumed they were and was sure that I would be sending them back for being baggy and too large even though I was ordering a size small. How wrong I was! They fit me like they were a women's size. I'm 5'6" 124lbs and a size small fit me just great. I even was able to get a pair of Nike fleece pants under the Swift Dry Pant. Can't wait to try them out when the weather cools in the fall.

GREAT DRY PANTS!
It's a comfortable pants to wear all day in if you are doing any kind of water activity. What's great is that it has a pocket. Most good dry pants don't offer any pockets because it compromises the dryness of the pants. You will have a hard time taking off your pants because the ankle gasket that keeps water out is very tight. But then again, all dry pants is like that. Other than that, I definitely recommend this pants to anyone that does water-related activities.

Excellent Long Term Dryness
Used this item through the Narrows in Zion Canyon and never got wet once. Ankles were tight but I stretched them out and they work perfectly. Superb driness.

Comfortable for All Day Use
I used them for 6 days of whitewater on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. I was concerned about the comfort of the latex ankle seals but other than the difficulty of putting them on / taking them off, the seals never caused any discomfort. I stayed warm with thin polartec pants underneath, in the 45 degree water. For dryness, they are only as good as the top you wear. In my case, I was only wearing a splash jacket, so I didn't stay dry at all, and the ankle seals actually held the water in. I think I would prefer a neoprene / velcro seal instead for my purpose. I did some short hikes with some rock scrambling and the pants were not restrictive at all.
