Great Bag!
This bag is one of the best computer backpacks I have ever used. (I have been using this for over 3 weeks now.) I have tried more than 40 different bags in the last 10 years and this by far is the best. Keys positives include: durable construction, comfort, space, compartments (many and spacious), reflectors that are discreet but noticeable when it counts, waterproof, comfort - sits snugly on your back. Key negatives: closure is hard to fasten, but very secure - some may not like it as it is not a quick release, could be large for some smaller people - I am 6'0" 190 lbs and it fits me very well, less professional with the chest straps and waist strap - I like both and consider them more a positive than a negative since it really makes the bag more comfortable.

Very satisfied
This is an excellent pack. I am a 5'9 female. It sits well on the back, and the distribution of the compartments is very good. I can't tell you about the durability yet since I've only been using it for a week. I do use it to commute on a bicycle with my laptop. One caution: it may be waterproof, but the sides of the pack expose the inside to the elements. I haven't tested it in the rain, but I would not risk my laptop by just leaving it in the backpack.
