Comfortable indoors and out.
I was uneasy that my feet would get to warm in the office, but I had no problems with over heating. Very nice outdoors for street or snow walking. I wore them every day of winter and they look good as new.

So far, so good.
Will be taking these boots on a trip later this year - to high country. So far they are as described. Well made, warm and very light weight. Can't vouch for the traction yet. Upon advice from reviewers of all Keen boots, I got a pair a half size up from my standard boot size. They fit perfectly.

Good Boot for the money
As with other reviews I would suggest buying a full size larger than you normally wear. Also, for moderate winter adventures this boot will perform just fine though it is far from expedition quality. It is also very comfortable and consistent with other Keen standards of quality and style. Just a quick addition, although the Keen Warm does help in reducing the effects of the snow, I would not expect real insulation without a pair of high-quality wool socks.

Great boots!!!
I started with sandals 2 years go, then got a pair of boots to work in because the sandals were so comfortable. Now I wear the Blackcombs and they are great. Keep my feet dry and warm, light as a feather and as comfortable, if not more comfortable than the sandals. If you have wide feet like I do, and are on your feet for long periods at a time, Keen are the best!!!

Not as advertized
First this boot is very small on fit. I ordered 10.5 thinking this would be big enough for me to wear with heavy wool socks. I normally take a size 9.5-10.I could not even get these boots on my foot. I returned then to Altrec for a size 12 because they did not have any 11.5 in stock. Now I find that after wearing these boots for about 6 hours in tempatures between 15-35F my feet become very cold from heavy a amount of moisture because the boot does not seem to breath well(IF AT ALL). This of course as I said leaves me with very cold feet. When I get home and take them off I can put my fingers inside of the boot and rub down the inner linnig and get a finger full of moisture. I will be returning these boots to Altrec becuse the boot does not performed as advertized.
