Awesome Snow Boot
I have 3 active boys (10,10 & 6 years old) that love the outdoors. All of them love these boots. They are very warm, easy to get on and off without help, and are very durable! Whether we need them in the Colorado snow or in Tennessee snow/rain these are the best!

Great Snow Boots!
I read a lot of reviews for kids snow boots and we tried on quite a few pairs at outdoor and sporting goods stores. I decided on this boot for my two boys because we were heading up to Northern Arizona to go sledding and they had never seen or played in the snow before. When I was a kid, I remember playing in the snow with wet feet and numb toes - and I wanted them to have dry, warm feet and a wonderful first snow experience. The boys wore them two consecutive days in the snow and these boots proved to be excellent quality and kept their toes toasty and dry. The only advice I would give anyone who is ordering these is to go up a size. First of all because I think they run short and also because you will probably be wearing thick socks or double-socking. My older son wears a 3.5 in sneakers and I ordered him a 4 in this snow boot and there was definitely not enough room (his big toe was touching) - so I exchanged them for a 5 and they fit well with thick socks. My younger son wears a 12 and I got him the size 13. I probably would have got him a 13.5 if these boots came in 1/2 sizes.

My 3 year old boy loves 'em!
My son grew out of his Kamik's from last year, we like the brand so we got him another pair. Since he is a little older and much more gung ho for snow, we got a different Kamik boot than last year. I am really happy with the Rocket snow boot. It fits well and stays on his feet thanks to the bomber velcro strap at the ankle. Yet they are easy enough for him to them on himself. We purchased one size larger to accommodate thicker socks and hopefully get another year out of them. These boots are great quality, which means he will grow out of them way before they wear out. The height of the boot is great for keeping snow out when he is rolling around with his snow pants on. Yet the upper is skinny enough for his regular pants to go over the boots. The rubber sole and foot area is quite stiff and does not really flex, so he has a little trouble walking up steep sledding hills. Overall, he is really happy wearing these boots in the snow, which is the most important feature of all.

Great Boots!
My son loves them. He says the boots are very warm and taller than other boots. I will probably buy another pair when he moves into a size 4.

They never fail ...
... to keep my son's feet warm and dry. I made the mistake and tried another shoe brand and now I'm back to Kamik again. My recommendation: pay the extra price - it's worth it - especially with the current weather situation :)
