A great and protective pair of sunglasses
I'd been very unhappy with another Julbo product - the (less expensive) Sherpa model, whose lens coating wore off in bits and pieces despite very careful handling. But - I needed a very dark, very protective set of lenses, so I risked a more expensive pair. And so far - they're great. The earpieces are flexible, mold well to the head, comfortable bridge, great clarity. We'll see at summer's end how the coating holds up! And - I just want to say that Altrec's customer service (Juan) was very, very helpful as I mulled over the pros and cons of this purchase.

excellent pair of glasses. Broken side shield
Side shield replacement is inexpensive and easy. Google "julbo replacement parts". It is as easy as that. about 7 dollars with 2 dollars for shipping. Hope this helps.

Excellent glacier glasses
As soon as I received these, I hiked up and down a nasty hill three times to see if they would fog up. They didn't, so I'm happy. I love the mirrored lenses and the fit is perfect if you adjust the soft end-pieces to loop around the backs of your ears.

FANTASTIC !!!!
Man, you could use these things for welding !!! With my sensitive blue eyes, I sometimes need to use sunglasses on cloudy days. On sunny days with snow on the ground, these are the best glasses I've ever worn. These are my first pair, but certainly not the last !!
