Jetboil ain't complete without this fine lil' doohicky
5 stars, 'cause it does what it is supposed to do. Great coffee in a matter of minutes. The best way to make coffee. The press captures more of the coffee's flavour and essential oils, which would become trapped in a traditional drip brew machine's paper filters. French pressed coffee is usually stronger and thicker and has more sediment than drip-brewed coffee. The sediment is trapped under the press at the bottom of the Jetboil. Some finer grounds may escape- but by all means, nothing of a nuisance. AND it fits in the Jetboil compact unit. great for road trips, too. Heck I take mine on all trips. It's better than that sock water coffee in the gas stations and way better than the complimentary coffee in your hotel room (but you should use only in open, well ventilated areas.) Get One!

Great Coffee while camping
Very good item. I discovered coffee bags many years ago and they were the best thing for making coffee while camping. The Jetboil coffee press is head and shoulders above the bags. I now am able to have great coffee while camping. It is well engineered and also a very durable item to be so compact. Just follow the simple instructions for great coffee.

Makes a great morning even better
I think Cowboy Coffee is good; but this accessory can really spoil a person. Extremely easy to use and no more spiting coffee grounds. Really makes a great morning on the trail even more speical.

GREAT coffee
I use the JetBoil coffee press at work (I work on the road...). It consistently makes great coffee very quickly. As for the other review about coffee that's "too fine", don't worry about it. If you follow the directions and wait for water to STOP boiling, you can use any grind you wish, including flavored grounds! People are always asking "what's that" followed by "Wow!"
