Good design, poor organization, subpar laptop cushioning
This is a very nice looking backpack with good construction....unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The organization is abysmal. There is no key ring or separations for holding pencils. There is only one small zipper pocket and for some reason, 2 cellphone holders and that is it. Size is average. I could probably fit 1-2 textbooks and my notebook. As for the laptop pocket, there is only cushioning on the side facing the back. The side facing the other compartment is just thin fabric. This makes me think twice about ever running with my backpack on if I have textbooks and my computer because the textbooks might smash into my computer without any cushioning. I do like that it is at least a separate compartment though, instead of a pocket inside a larger compartment.

Bad Straps
The shoulder straps are big and thick that give you an impression that they are comfortable, but they're not. They gave me bruises that hurt like heck when I walked for a mile while the backpack was full. I agree with the previous reviewer, organization feature is horrible. I have it for a couple of weeks, and I am going to return it tomorrow.
