Great for any type of sports. I love the fact that it does not fit next to the skin and allows wind to go through garment and skin. I wish the cord around the waist wouldn't be so long because it keeps getting stuck to bushes when I bushwalk. But if it wasn't for that and the high price, I'd give it a five star.
