Warmest Socks I own
I ski over 40 days a year, and these are the absolute warmest most comfortable socks I own. I wish I had 10 pairs! I have had problems with my feet getting cold here in Whistler B.C. but since wearing my new Ice-Breaker socks, cold toes are no longer a problem. I have been recommending these socks to everyone I know. I wear a size 8 shoe and the medium size sock was more than large enough for my foot size. Thanks again Ice-Breaker for a great product.

good socks, one issue
These socks are really great except for one thing....The elastic around the top irritates my skin. I don't know why, I own many other pairs of icebreaker socks and do not have this issue. Otherwise, great warmth and quality. I also find icebreaker to more durable than Smartwool.

Great socks, but a little big
These socks are great for a cold day skiing (about the same or a little better than my smart wool ski socks). However, I bought the medium and the heel of the sock comes up between my heel and my ankle. I wear a women's 7.5. It's not a huge problem for me, but if your boots are very fitted, it might be.
