light and comfortable
I've been sampling various wool underwear for extended winter hikes. This hot pant is thinner than I initially wanted, but it wicks moisture well and stays light even when damp. The fit is slightly big - if you usually wear S-M size, S will fit kind of loose.

awesome underwear
I didn't understand how wool undies keep the bum warm until I wore (thin) cotton ones after I wore these. These are very comfy, don't feel too wet after driving on hot (sweaty) days, and as always for icebreaker items, don't itch. I have a 39" hip and ordered a M -- the sizing on these isn't very consistent on these, I have the silk, teak, and blossom ones and found that teak is smaller than silk is smaller than blossom. For me the teak one is a perfect fit. The larger ones *can* look like diapers since they are large. Overall though I really lik these undies, would purchase more when new colors come out.

Hot pants for hot bods
I'm a huge fan of icebreaker and decided to give these a go to spice things up. Great quality, but the cut isn't for everyone. I prefer the boy shorts, which have better coverage in the back.

Really Cute but too harsh seam
I got these undies with the plans to use them for cycling. They fit well, looked great and did not ride up at all. For hiking or they would be great but any high knee-lifting activity and the seam seemed to get scratchy on my thighs.
