You know which direction you'll ride. The weather, that's unpredictable. Thankfully there's the Indie Short Sleeve, made from Ibex wool that adapts to extremes both hot and cold. Includes locking pull zipper and three back pockets.

Awesome Wool Cycling Jersey
I had to upsize from M to L because the fit was too form-fitting for me (5'11'', 155 lb). When I leaned forward on the bike the shirttail would ride too high, and the sleeves and chest were too tight for mountain biking comfort. Otherwise, this is my favorite short sleeve cycling jersey. Another great wool product from Ibex.
Love it!
I have never owned a wool jersey but I wore this jersey for the first time last weekend for a century and it was fantastic. I had the pockets full including a water bottle and it did not sag a bit. I am 6" 165 41 chest and slim waist. Great fit and enough room in the bottom to fill the pockets.
The perfect jersey
I like wool. Unfortunately, a Minnesota summer is too warm/sticky for the heavy jerseys such as WoolyWarm, Swobo, etc. Smartwool was decent but they are no longer 100% wool. So what's a cyclist to do? My answer is Ibex. The Indie is a perfect weight. Much lighter than the heavies and a smidgeon heavier than the Smartwool. I've had it out in 85 degrees with 60% humidity and it was so comfortable I was surprised to look down and see that it was soaked. Only trivial downside is that the elastic on the rear pockets is tighter than I would prefer. I guess that's useful if I ever do headstands but for on the bike looser would be better. Altrec customer service was great. I failed to order a size up and they couldn't have been better about the return. I would be ordering another jersey but they've run out of the blue ones. In short though, I'd probably buy a gray one from Altrec before buying a blue one elsewhere. Goofy but true.
Excellent Service
I bought my Jersey according to the sizing chart and found that it was too tight or maybe just too small, buy according to the chart if you want a tight form fitting jersey. I called customer service, they suggested that I go up one size and try that. They offered to send me a return shipping label to return the other. Now that is customer service!
