The easy-to-use Utility-X Pannier Rack adapts to almost any adult bike on the market. Based on the award-winning Headland Utility-X Cargo rack design, the Utility-X Pannier features square shaped side supports made of 6061 aluminum rods. While other pannier designs often incorporate triangular pannier supports, Headland noticed that these designs didn't support the square shape of most panniers on the market, and that square panniers loaded on a rack with triangular side supports resulted in the panniers wrapping around the rack and into the wheel. Like the Utility-X rack, the Utility-X Pannier Rack features a single-point, seat post mounting and an internal storage compartment that's big enough to hold tools or a mini pump.

Well built rack
The Headland rack is built very solid and latched on to my seat post with no movement whatsoever. I originally measured my seat post at 30.2mm and ordered the standard size but had to switch to the fathead instead. Just be sure about the size of the seat post and you will not regret buying this rack. It is a bit pricey but quality usually costs more.
