Sturdy, comfortable, great value, narrow width
This is my first pair of Go Lites. Chose initially because of simple/clean look for everyday/outside wear. Can wear all day and still comfortable. Be mindful of width. I have a narrow foot, and these are snug, but with good support and stability. VERY aggressive tread, great for trails, though add almost half inch in height. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend both Altrec and Go Lites.

Great shoes
Very comfortable with great traction on surfaces from loose gravel to slick rock. I have a narrow foot and they fit fine. May be a bit tight for someone with a wide foot.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable, and the tread has perfect grip. We cover deep, sandy trails and smooth, steep granite in nearly every hike, and this shoe is perfect on all surfaces. The support is great, and the women's shoe is perfectly sized. The men's shoe is a bit tight in the toe box if you require a wide shoe.
