gets the job done...barely
although i haven't spent excessive amounts of time using this product, what i have observed wont change. i had to play around with the adjustments quite awhile before it fit comfortable on my body. one plus is that it has a couple of draw strings to draw the bottle in closer. second, it was hard putting the bottle back into it's holster. i think if the draw strings are pulled a little too tight, it might be more difficult putting the water bottle back in, so one has to loosen the strings first....annoying. third, the pockets are shallow, two gels/gu's max on either side. didnt try to cram shot blocs in there but that could be annoying. the positioning of the water bottle also has the bottle resting on my back. it could raise some serious problems for longer runs down the road.
