Too narrow.
Altrec's service was excellent. The boots are beautifully designed and appear to be of very high quality. I generally wear size 43 in Ecco shoes. Unfortunately, these boots were too narrow over my ankles. I had to return them.

perfect fit for narrow foot
I bought these boots for my significant other who has a narrow foot. They fit perfectly from the very first. The heel is snug and they give good support.
