The bands work by acupressure and I'm sure they will work well. They are small so not very noticeable and you do need to wear one on each arm which is fine since they come 2 in a pack.

These work!
I bought these for my daughter to try using on an overseas flight, which has always been a problem for her. She reports she's had absolutely no motion sickness on the flights, or on subsequent boat excursions, while wearing these as directed.
