awsome product!
Wish I had bought these sooner - they keep my feet toasty warm even skiing in single digit temps with sub-zero windchill! (and I'm always cold - particularly my hands & feet). Love them!
Great Product
This was a Christmas present for my husband who has chronic cold feet but work in the ski industry. Today was the ultimate test... his feet stayed warm when it was 6 degrees outside, and a windchill of -14. He came home tired but with warm feet after six hours of skiing!
Great product and they work as advertised
These boot gloves are great! I used mine all last season into this season with 64 days on the hill. Yes, I have had to do some minor sewing maintenance from time to time, but that is to be expected. I'm buying another pair now but feel it is a super value to have warm feet!
well made product- not sure if it helps any
i'm an intermediate skier who gets very cold toes. i'll try anything to have warmer toes while skiing. the boot glove is a sheath of neoprene which stretches over the alpine boot, lower buckles and toe, to secure behind the heel with a velcro strap. needs to pull the toe up a bit when putting the boot into the bindings. the whole thing in pretty sturdy and well constructed. i've worn mine several times so far and its in good shape still. i'd say that if the bottom strap broke its probably because someone likes walking across the parking lot with their boots on.... i put my boots on at the chalet/skilift area. So construction and intention aren't an issue. Problem is that i'm not sure these help all that much and i still get cold toes..... maybe it takes longer for my toes to get cold now :) if my feet got cold because of skilift time then these neoprene sheaths would probably help, but i'm afraid my feet are warmest on the lift and coldest at the base of the mountain after my fast, icy love affair with gravity :) i gave this 4 stars because they are as they advertise, not because i think they will help everyone. i think foot powder helps a little also..... and wearing very thin morino wool men's dress socks so that i don't have to clamp my boots down hard over the insole which cuts off circulation.
I loved them when I first got them
They failed - the strap on the bottom broke, I only used them for half of this season. Very disappointing. How long do you expect them to last?
