A composite toe securely protects the foot while remaining light weight and will not conduct heat, cold, or electricity. Composite toe meets or exceeds te ASTM F2413-05 standard for protective footwear. For occupational settings, this is a conductive shoe made with special materials and cements that offer no electrical resistance. These shoes should NOT be worn is areas where there are open circuits or highly charged equipment as they offer no protection. The shoe is 100% non-metallic and airport friendly.
