Nice boots
I have terrible ankles - sprain them on nearly every hike or walk I go on. These boots provide the support I need. I've been hiking in the desert and they are hotter and heavier than sneakers but they work well and I don't get sand in them. I wish that they had the option of zippers as they are hard to get off and on.
