great coat
I bought this more for the outer layer than the inner layer, because I wanted a medium-weight raincoat, and its both functional and attractively sporty.

Great Jacket!
This is a really well made, super warm coat! I would recommend it to anyone. I love the inside jacket/liner. I hate fleece so this was a great alternative to the fleece lined Columbia coats. But, these jackets run smaller than the other Columbia 3-N-1s I own. Held them up for size comparison and everything. So if you're barely one size, order larger.

versatility and style
I got this jacket in Red Hot. It is much brighter than any of the pictures show! The inner layer is a bright tangerine orange color. I love orange though and I love the versatility of the jacket. Really easy to zip in and out the liner. Columbia really thought of everything. There's even tabs inside the sleeves and under the collar that anchor the inner lining to the outer so both layers stay together when you take off the jacket or put it on. There are so many pockets too. I love the "hidden" zippers on the outside of both the inner and outer layers. The inner quilted layer is kind of boxy shaped, but still cute. All in all, I love this jacket, and got it at a phenomenal price!
