Pleasantly surprised!!
I bought this jacket because I loved the color (burnt henna), not really for anything specific. Some things I enjoyed discovering about this jacket were that it is waterproof (was squirted with a squirt gun by my son and the water rolled right off), that it is windproof (was in 30 mph sustained winds at about 60 degrees on Lake Superior, had nothing but a tank top underneath and I was comfortable), and that even though there's nothing protecting your skin from the zipper when it's zipped all the way up it doesn't irritate your skin. One of the things that bothered me a little bit was that the back of the jacket near the bottom sticks out a little more than I'd like. I'm 5'8, 140 lbs and I purchased a medium (a small might actually fit my body better, but I don't enjoy things fitting me too snugly). I only notice it though when I look in the mirror to the side. From the front it looks great! I think overall I enjoy having the medium size, and I would definitely purchase another one in the future!!
