Great pants, fit young people very well (low rise)
The pants are a perfect fit for me, I am 22 so I prefer pants like this not to be tight at my belly button but rather ride on my hips. The material is great and light for packing. All in all I love these pants.

Great pants, but small
These are the perfect pants for traveling or hiking. Unfortunately, they run small and I had to return them for a larger size.

great pants
I really like these. They are the only technical pants I found that are low rise, which I find very comfortable. They run small, in other words 4/6 is actually small/xsmall, so order a little up if you are unsure (I wear size 0/2 in regular clothes and got a 4 here because 2 wasn't available - very glad because it's actually pretty tight).

AWESOME !!!!
I love these pants so much I now own them in 3 colors. These fit me perfectly. I don't believe the sizing chart is off at all. I have read all the reviews and think some consumers are overlooking the fact that the cut/style on these is "active fit" and low waist fitting. The low waist is not for everyone but if you have a petite frame then you can appreciate the waist not reaching your armpits for a change. Great trendy look. I thank Columbia for making different fitting pants to suit different figure types and age brackets.

Great pants
These pants are very comfortable. But be warned, they run small. I am usually a comfortable size 4 but needed an 8 in the Explorer II. Appreciate the adjustable waistline and the ability to convert to capri.
