Great Backpack
I have used this backpack hiking a couple of times and I really like it. It is very light even when its packed with gear and a bladder. I love how there are compartments because it really keeps everything from moving around or sinking to the bottom. I have used it in the rain and everything inside stayed dry. I agree with other reviews that I have read in the past that the water bottle holder on the hip belt is in a poor location as it bumps into your elbow but that isn't a deal breaker. Overall I love this bag and will continue using it often.

Great! Very innovative!
In every pack of this size I've ever worn the contents sink to the bottom and the pull on my shoulders is tiring and painful. This pack virtually floats on my back with the water weight up high and the ability to keep contents where you place them. I've only worn it once, a ten mile hike at 10,000 feet. Totally comfortable! The breathable shoulder straps are fantastic! A built in whistle on the chest strap! Too great. Two drawbacks to this pack. You can't roll it up and stuff it somewhere. Even empty it takes up storage space because of the frame. And the water bottle storage on the belt is in an elbows way. I have a reservoir and delivery tube that worked perfectly and so I didn't use it, but I'll have to think of another use for the bottle pouch. The storage on the other side of the belt is perfect. Roomy! Beautiful design work! Thank you to whoever thought this pack up. It is fantastic!
