These shoes have great traction. I feel like I can scale the moon with them. However, they seem to run a little wide or at least thats how they feel. I cant tell if it is that they are wide or that they simply dont have good solid support. The problems I have experienced are massive blister even with mole skin & hiking socks as well as arch ache. After three 6 miles hikes, it is time to upgrade. I would only recommend these for very light hiking or walking.
