The fit is right on
I'm glad I didn't listen to other's reviews of this dress. It fits great! As I surfer, I guess my upper body is more developed than most women, and sometime I have a hard time with tops not being roomy enough under the arm pits and wide enough for my lats. This one is just right. I can already tell this will be a favorite of mine!

Top Oversized
I read in the reviews that the top was way oversized & I got it anyway with the intention of sewing up the top to fit. I ordered XS & the top looks to fit someone with a 38DD bust. It is very cute & comfortable if you are willing to alter it.

Disappointed With Size
I too, was disappointed in the fit at the arm holes. Way too big! So I reordered a smaller size and the fit is perfect. I am 5'11'' tall and the length hits just at the knees - not too short or too long. The fabric is light and airy, great for summer. Since ordering the smaller size, I love this dress.

Bust area is more generous than sizing chart shows
As other reviewers noted, there are large gaps in the arm-holes when I wear the dress. An inch and a half sticks out at each side under my armpits! I am a 36C, which by the sizing chart shows I should have a medium dress, which I ordered. I usually wear medium in Columbia tops. Despite this, it looks like a small probably would have been a better fit. I'll probably just attach some safety pins. It is a beautiful dress, and the gulf stream color is actually much prettier than what shows on the website. I'm 5'9" and when I am standing, it hits right above the knee-cap. When I am sitting, it comes up about 3 in above the knee. The fabric is nice and

great for the tropics
This dress fits well and it lightweight enough for the warm Caribbean weather that I bought it for. The dress fits well even though I am large busted. It washes like a dream too!
