Very nice but needs a pad on the shoulder strap
I bought this messenger bag for my 10 year-old daughter. She likes the way it looks and it's a good size for her. My only complaint is that it needs one of those sliding pads that some bags have on the strap; the strap digs into her shoulder when the bag is fully loaded.

Better messenger bags out there.
This bag is uncomfortable to carry and hard to get in and out of. I think it is a cute messenger bag but, for practicality and everyday use it is not the right bag for me.
