embroidery
The vest has a line of embroidered Xs on the top seam. It's more obvious in person than in the photo.

This vest is HOT!! Not only does it keep me warm (but not too warm) it looks very stylish. I wear it with dark wash flare jeans and a really cute pair of high heel boots. One of my favorite features is that you can cinch it at the bottom so you won't ever have that goofy bell bottom look where you don't want it!!!
