Pants are extremely comfortable. They were great to wear during a long Texas hike. They do soak in water, but they dry very quickly. I appreciate the zippered pockets for the wallet and one on the right hip. Glad to know I won't loose my keys crawling over a log. Another plus is they can take up very little space when rolled up and packed. I'll probably be buying another pair soon. Looking forward to some more hikes in them.

Great pants
I own several pairs of Columbia pants that I use or fieldwork. They are great for cool and hot weather. Inseam length ran a lil long compared to other Columbia styles. Love the zipoffs for varying field conditions. Very durable material. Yet to tear trekking through Manzanita in the Sierras!

Great river pants
These pants are great. I canoe in Mo. in the spring and fall so you never no about the weather. This is the lowest price I have seen so even better. I am going to get one more pair before they run out. As always Altrec service and shipping is great.

Excellent pant
I ordered the Large size and it fit my 35 in waist perfect. If you are 37 in or over you might need the next size up. The pant is a very good quality and fits very nice. I wear a 30 inseam which is a short and the length is perfect. The ample supply of pockets will come in handy when I travel. I plan to order another pair soon.
