Love It!
I purchased this jacket for our great North West Weather, I spend a fair amount of time on the Football field, and during Spring and Fall you never know what youre gonna get as far as weather goes, this is light enough I can wear it on warmer rainy days but can also layer for those colder days. I usually have a hard time getting cloths to fit right because of my size, 65 and 270lbs, I got the 2XLT and for once, the sleeves are long enough! And it fits right everywhere else. The Rains I have been in so far are not match for this jacket, water just beads up and rolls off. I am very happy with this jacket and with the service I received from Altrec.com. You can be sure I will be buying Columbia Gear again from Altrec.com

I bought this jacket in the Long for my 6'1" husband. It fit perfect! Living in the San Francisco area, a rain proof jacket is essential. This worked out great. It's light and breathable and fits well enough that a sweatshirt can be layered underneath. Loved the color and great rain protection.

Great Shell!
As a big guy, 6'7" 280lbs, its always a challenge to find the right outdoor equipment, but when Columbia offers clothing in a "Tall" I have yet to be disappointed. Upon moving back to the Pacific Northwest, I found that my old shell would just not hold up to the daily winter damp of Portland. This thing is wonderful. It is breathable and sheds water like an otter. It is part of my daily commute wear for the winter and has plenty of room for another layer under it when the temps drop. I have never had a jacket with the plastic buttons on the storm flaps, but they are well designed and I am interested to see how they hold up over time. Price through Altrec was easily half of what some folks were charging for it. Overall, this is a great shell and I am sure it will find a place in my summer pack adventures as well.

A Great Jacket
I bought this jacket as a birthday gift for my son, who is a jr. high football coach, after watching him spend an entire game rain-soaked on the sidelines. I gave him this jacket on October 4th and he has worn it for most every practice and game ever since. He says it's the best gift he ever received!!! He truly loves the jacket -- the fit is perfect -- and keeps him dry throughout heavy rains. An excellent product.
