Greatest sweater and best customer service EVER!
I get my husband a new sweater for Christmas every year, and never has one been so perfect. He is so picky about fabric, color and fit, and this was a home run. I ordered through Amazon, and was a little disappointed the shipping indicated it would take 8-10 business days. It was late for Christmas, but the delay was honest and worth the wait. I received it within the timeframe they mentioned and when I called to ask if it could be expedited the rep changed the shipping to 2nd Day Air as a one time courtesy without hesitation. I'd definitely recommend Altrec.com to anyone who wants a high-quality, reasonably-priced sweater or outdoor gear.

Great Sweater
The style was just what I was looking for and very soft to the touch. After reading other reviews I decided on the XL as I am an odd fit (6'4" tall and 175 lbs with long arms) most shirts I order the L in are just right until I launder them the first time. Other reviews I read say this shrinks in the wash which was true and expected. The only thing I dislike about this is the tag on the arm, it snagged on a couple of things already so I will be removing it asap to prevent it getting snagged again and ripping.
