Excellent Hot Weather Shirt for Kids
There are few offerings for kids' technical tees. Most kids have to settle for cotton t shirts even when it is blistering hot outside. This shirt from Columbia, and we have another similar version, are good looking with nice trim and main colors. These are lightweight synthetics that can be worn for casual or outdoor pursuits. My boys find them comfortable and when they sweat, this is clearly the preferred top. Colors appear accurate and fit seems to be generally on, as is most of Columbia's clothing. Durability seems to be fine with no loose seams or tethering. The synthetic material doesn't retain odors, unlike a lot of polypro stuff, and these shirts wash up fine every time. We will be getting more colors when available in their size. When comfort is king, these shirts are the way to go.
