Great Sandal for the Flat Footed!!!
I am a huge fan of sandals and to my dismay, when my arches collapsed, I expirenced extreme difficulty in wearing any type for long periods of time. Then came my intro to Chacos. They have an extremely robust sole and I find that I can stand on them for hours at ends, which I can't do without ortopedic inserts in normal shoes. Great for shorter hikes (3-5 miles) and/or just hanging around town I would recommend these sandals to everyone. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but they are well worth the investment!!!!
Excellent Sandal
This is my second pair. After 4 years the first are still going strong but I wanted the Z1 without the toe loop to wear with socks. I both hike and bike in them. The traction on rocks and pedals is great.
husband loves them
I purchased these for my husband, active 56 year old. I thought the support would be great for his feet, and he absolutely loves them. I would recommend highly. ginmac
2nd Pair, Still a Success
This is my second pair of Chaco's. Buy them out of season! They are way cheaper. The only flaw is they take awhile to get adjusted and broken in but after that they seriously are the best shoe you'll ever have!
very stong
those aren't me first sandals, but they are the best. strong, fit for 2-3 days of hard walking. tried taking them to deserd treking, and they were really good protecting me from stones as long as having very good grip.
